Wall Pushup Video

Your friendly editors at Fit&Fab Living have decided to take the plunge and put ourselves out there.  We’ve dressed up in our workout clothes, got a personal trainer and filmed everything for your viewing pleasure. But seriously, we did decide to film our very own fitness videos with the help of our trusted trainer Milton Morehead to help you get a better grasp on all of the different exercises and stretches you can do to keep in shape. These exercises are perfect for any fitness-level and, better yet, don’t require any gym memberships!

A few weeks ago, myself and two other editors at Fit&Fab teamed up with personal trainer Milton Morehead to film a series of workout videos.  Despite our various fitness levels, filming these workout videos left us feeling like we had been a the gym instead of at work!

I am definitely more of a visual learner, so I love watching workout videos to ensure that I have the proper form.  Without the correct technique, the workout can easily become ineffective.

Here’s some of our favorite workout videos that you can do at home, at work or virtually anywhere! Tune in to to find out the proper form as well as finding out what muscles you’ll work out!

How to Do a Side Plank -Watch out, this one’s tricky, but it’s a great way to get rid of those dreaded love handles.

How to Correctly Do a Push-Up – Push-Ups are hard, but with the correct form, you’ll be sporting toned arms in no time!

How to Do a Wall Sit – This exercise takes me back to my volley ball days.  Hated it then, but now I realize that it’s a great core workout!

How to Do a Front Lunge – If you wanted sculpted legs, then do plenty of lunges.
