Carrie is an American living in Britain and has an awesome sense of humor! And to top it off, she shares tons of AMAZING and healthy recipes and workouts on her blog. 1. Tell us a bit about your blog?
I’ve been blogging since November 2010, but reading blogs since the summer of 2010! After I realized I really wanted to start my own blog, I was just laying in bed one night trying to come up with a name that would define me and that was catchy. I knew I wanted my blog to be about recipes, fitness and my life (which is mainly good food and fitness
, so Moves ‘N Munchies just popped right into my head! When I first started blogging, I mainly just posted pictures of my eats and recipes, but as I have gotten more comfortable with it, I now post about anything! I still stick to food and fitness related things, but I’m not ashamed to post embarrassing pictures of myself like so…

2. If you were stranded on a dessert island and could only have 3 foods, what would they be? I know, this must be a nearly impossible question for a food blogger!
Peanut butter, bananas and Larabars…(clearly I’m fan of healthy fats and carbs!)
3. What is your greatest pet peeve?
SLOW WALKERS! I’m a super speedy walker with a destination in mind… I don’t have time to stop and smell the roses (although an occasional smell is quite nice sometimes!)
4. What does your typical workout routine look like? When’s your favorite time to workout?
I usually workout 5-6 times a week. I LOVE working out- it’s a huge stress relief for me and just makes me feel so ALIVE! I try to do cardio (always running) 4x a week and strength 2-3x a week, but I lag on the strength training… oops! I love working out at around 9am.. by then I have eaten breakfast to fuel up and I’m ready to get my sweatin’ on! BUT….with classes and such, it doesn’t always workout
5. What’s a food that you’ve recently discovered that you can’t get enough of?
THIS COMBO! A banana smeared with peanut butter is ALWAYS my go-to snack!

6. What is your favorite way to start the day?
WITH THIS!!!!! Oats with Sun Warrior Vegan Protein Powder stirred in and toppings!
7. If our reader’s could only read one of your blog posts, which one should they read and why?
Definitely my post on body image…..I think many girls struggle with their bodies in one way or another and I really wanted to show everyone what is NORMAL and what is a realistic body to live in.

I found my way to this blog via M+M’s twitter. Gotta say, agree with all answers! The exception being that, whilst I think bananas and PB are amazing, I’m not convinced about the two together!
