A lot of fashion trends in 2012 will move on to 2013, but there are definitely some trends that we’d like to leave behind. Keep reading to hear what’s in store for the new year in terms of fashion forward attire!

KEEP

ombre color schemes – We love them for nails, wedding themes, clothes, and everything in between! Although, maybe not on hair in 2013.
neon – This summertime trend better be back next year.
oxblood – It may not be in a head-to-toe version, but bits of oxblood will definitely make it to 2013.
chambray – We love our worn-in denim tops. Get one now if you haven’t yet!
collars – Be it a Peter Pan blouse collar or a standout bib necklace, we love these!
festival fashion – Whether it’s Coachella or Lolla, dressing like a hippie in your worst crop top will probably be ok next year too. What a shame.

MOVE ON

heeled sneakers – Please PLEASE let these be gone for good in the new year.
peplum – This design is only flattering on those who already look great… which confuses us as it’s supposed to be figure flattering. Who wants more love handles?!
smoking slippers – Overly expensive and not even that attractive, these shoes go great with another trend we hope has come to pass – fancy PJs.
