Even if you prescribe to the notion that Valentine’s Day is a Hallmark holiday (well, it kind of is…) it’s a great occasion to show those in your life that you care by doing something sweet. As you know, I’m not really into the whole cocktail scene. However, one of the few mixed drinks that I do enjoy is sangria. I’m also not a white wine lover, but I love white sangria. Go figure. On paper, a mixed drink made out of white wine is something I’d hate. In reality, I love it. It’s also a great way to use in-season produce to spruce up your evening glass of wine.
