With all the diets to choose from, some of the most popular ones are low-fat diets and low-carb diets. If you’ve ever lost weight using either of these diets, then you probably know how passionately people feel about them.  If the Atkins diet worked well for one person, he or she is convinced that low-carb is the way to go.  Same goes for people who monitor every single gram of fat.  But which diet is truly better?
